Starting point of the exhibition

The common view holds that the Smålander is entrepreneurial to his nature. To make this view true even in Småland and to spread it is important. The orientation for the 2000s is that everyone, regardless of gender, should have the same worth, status and opportunities to be entrepreneurs and business persons. According to research, role models are generally speaking important prior to and in implementing entrepreneurial projects.

The target of the exhibition

• Influencing – attitude changes towards new industries
• Show that women and men in Småland are entrepreneurs and business persons in the new economy as well.
• Show experience, design and cultural heritage
• Exhibit female and male role models in generation transfer and social entrepreneurship
